Test Automation Engineer (Expert Level)

Active TS/SCI clearance required.

We’re hiring a Senior Test Automation Engineer to own the test side of access control systems on a 200+ FTE program supporting Entitlement Programs and IdAM/ICAM. You’ll define and run the full test lifecycle — system integration, UAT, regression — with automated scripts as the backbone, plus targeted manual testing where it matters. The work is hands-on in a DevOps environment: every deploy gets tested, every failure gets investigated, and you’ll partner closely with developers to figure out whether a problem is a bug, a config drift, or something deeper. You’ll also be the technical voice that explains test results to customers and other engineering teams.

Highlights

• BS degree and 11+ years of relevant experience (or MS with 10+)
• Strong test automation experience with Katalon, Selenium, or similar
• Solid grounding in the full software test lifecycle — planning, execution, reporting
• Comfortable testing in a DevOps/CI-CD environment, after every deployment
• Investigative instinct — willing to dig into non-routine failures and figure out root cause
• Clear written and verbal communication; works well across matrixed teams
